From here make your way south along Churchway until you come to the pond (you might as well drive – it’s a boring walk and there’s plenty of parking when you get there). Now on foot, skirt the east hand side of the pond, pass through the obvious opening and walk the points of the compass from north to west to south to east. Standing at the centre of the east end, turn and face south. Walk straight forward until you spot two similar (but emotionally dissimilar) objects and a musical instrument. Here you will also see a very obvious clue and must diligently seek out a reference that you will need to go away and look up.
To find the location of the cache make the following substitutes (A=1, B=2 etc and dropping the leading digit of any double-digit numbers), where:
A is the third of the sixth of the first
B is the second of the fourth of the third
C is the fourth of the fourth of the sixth
D is the seventh of the eighth of the ninth
E is the first of the third of the second
V is the third of the twenty second of the eleventh
W is the second of the third of the fourth
X is the third of the sixth of the sixth
Y is the first of the second of the eighth
Z is the last of the last of the last

Recommended approach to the final cache is in from the east. There is adequate road-side parking, and a pleasant walk along a permissive path.
Update 23 March 2012
The final cache has had to be moved for the time being, as the Permisssive Path has been temporarily closed. Use the calculations above to determine the original location, and then ADD 0.221 minutes to the northings and ADD 0.124 minutes to the westings to find the new, revised location. The cache has been temporarily changed to a micro.
