Easy drive to cach, leave Riyadh on Janadriah road, pass Janadriah and continue until you come to a garage on the left side of the road. Turn left after the garage then wherever there is a junction go right. Pass the old style forts on your right and continue until you come to a farm track on left. This track is almost metalled and has a tyre at the entrance. Follow this up to the house at the top then turn off left onto the desert tracks proper. Just follow your GPS into the location.
The cach had been totally vandalised, restored and then some person removed the lot. These tupperware boxes are really quite valuable I guess.
That asside we have revisited the site put out a new cache but in a different location. The terrain is easy with no mountains to climb I have taken you on this particular route out to show you the old style forts along the way and they are worth a look. More of a picnic than a camp out.
God to the marked co-ordinates, where the old cache was and turn right for 21 metres up to the head of the wadi to find its new home.
