Located the Wolf River Wildlife Area not far from the Wolf River Environmental Restoration Greenway gravel trail. You are looking for an ammo can in the woods (swamp).
Parking is available in two parking lots off of Collierville-Arlington Road. This cache is about 115 feet east of an old Chevrolet truck abandoned in the bottomland hardwoods probably by the cotton farmer. The waypoint provides a good place to leave the gravel trail to find the truck. Once at the truck proceed eastward to the cache in a slough. Rubberboots are highly recommended for this swampy cache. This cache can be approached from the old cotton farm but it is a longer trip. Some maps show a road close by called Dean Road but it has been closed for over two decades and is now private property so do not approach from that way. Mark your entry point into the woods for a safe return. I have seen many deer in these woods and several old deer stands.
