Not long after I got my first PC, I became aware of a computer game
named Rogue. In it, the adventurer (you) was cast into "the
dungeons of doom" (26+ levels deep). You needed to get to at least
level 26 to retrieve the fabled "Amulet of Yendor", which allowed
you to climb back up. Along the way, there was the usual assortment
of weapons, armor, wands, rings and potions. There were also
monsters, one for each letter of the alphabet. A was for Aquator, B
was for Bat, C was for Centaur, etc. a virtual alphabet soup of
monsters. One of the features in this simple, yet addictive role
playing game was the maze. I put a maze here for you to navigate -
find your way among the maze of twisty passages, all different. You
might find treasure!

[just as in "Rogue", the cachin' adventurer will have a bit of walking to get to the cache, but once there, locating it will be very easy indeed. The hike is not particularly arduous though.
