I only stopped to take a p
I called in today to replace this cach with a larger box. the tree was well and truly dead , some work has been going on next to it and more than likely the canister has been bumped out of the hideyhole. so the relacemant cache is not far from where the dead tree is. some may think it's pointless to place a cache here. but I use this road a lot and it's such a good shortcut between Lockerbie and Langholm. and a lot more scenic than using the.motorway.and does lead to other local caches.Screwtop beaker with a few swaps in including a 1917 George V farthing.
