Park at the gravel area. Look for a trail entrance on the west side of the road. Enjoy the scenery on the short hike up.
In the beginning, this cache was placed in a 4ft deep hole in the stream feeding the pool of water. Since the water comes from a mountain spring, you can imagine it's pretty cold hence the name of the cache. The cache has since been moved to higher ground and into an ammo box but it still has a tendency to be as elusive as the moose so another option to get credit for this cache is to post a picture of you standing in the original location.
