Welcome to
This Whereigo cartridge has been released for the
SNEG Spring Forward Geo-meet 2008. You will be taken into a virtual
maze filled with twists, turns and dead ends. You will have to
successfully complete this challenge if you wish to continue on to
the final cache.
About
this cartridge
Once you arrive at the given
coordinates, turn on your whereigo player and load the cartridge.
After the introduction screen, a single zone will show up under
your locations. This is your first destination. You must position
yourself so that the distance to the zone reaches zero. The large
nature of the program may require you to wait several seconds for
the new information to load once the zone is reached. Should any
given zone take more than 15 seconds to load, walk approximately
20' in any direction and return.
You will see a screen like this one appear when you
successfully enter each zone :
From your perspective, if you stand with the
visitor center building to your left, you will be facing north. You
will now have a visual guide as to which zones you can travel to
next and which direction they are located. Pick the desired zone
from the list and proceed.
Just like a real maze, you will have to navigate
through the various zones while attempting to locate the finish.
Once you have successfully navigated the maze, you will be given
instructions on how to locate the final container.
This cartridge
will not function in the emulator. Sorry.
