ROTSIP: We have received a request to archive your cache as it appears to be missing.
When evaluating the situation it became evident that the Cache Owner allows 'Found' logging when there is no cache and is not maintaining the cache, nor is he managing the logs of individuals treating the cache as a 'Virtual' cache which is not acceptable. Based on the frequent illegal logging and this aspect not being addressed, I will archive this cache page. This will keep it from continually showing up in search lists. It could perhaps be unarchived by contacting me once repairs have been made and if it complies with the guidelines at that point.
Please mention the GC???? waypoint number in any correspondence.
