St. Leonard Poll House in Calvert County Maryland
This is a quick cache and dash located in St. Leonard. This site is
a memorial garden in memory of First Ladies Mrs. John Quincy Adams
and Mrs. Zachary Taylor who were related by birth or family ties to
St. Leonard. The polling house was built in 1926 and was used for
voting until 1974. This is a cute little garden with several
benches and ample shade. If you really need a hint, email me and I
will help, but you should have no problem finding this one. Bring a
pencil or pen because this is a log only micro.

My wife and I had a great time at this one. I love history and this was historical. Found the cache with ease and placed a new log in it, the old one was getting ratty. Anyhow, St. Leonard is a neat little stop light. Incidently there is a cool little candy shop down the street called "sweet dreams" great little place, all the old fashioned candies you remember eating as a kid.
