Finally, Rising Sun Bridge is re-opened! I use this bridge to walk from the Experimental Station to the post office on nice days. The view from the bridge is very pretty.
There is no parking at the bridge, so please park at N39 46.201, W075 34.743 which is actually the coords for my other cache, GC1T68Q. The walk will be a nice 0.14 mile walk on the road along the river. You should probably do this one during the day too because I'm not sure if the gate closes after 5pm. There is parking along the road on the side of the houses, but it's tight.
