Geocache Description:


Cache is near the top of a mountain in the "Scratch Gravel" hills North West of Helena, MT. There are many trails in the area, but I had no idea where any of them started and ended for sure. I parked at: N 46 40.126 W 112 05.679 and just hiked up the mountain. It can be a bit steep in places, but was a beautiful hike up. Saw deer and other four legged creatures on the way in as well. Once you get to the cache location, you are rewarded with some absolutely beautiful views of the Helena valley down below. Sit back on the rocks and enjoy the beautiful view! Please make sure to hide the cache back as you found it, there are people that ride motorcycles and hike in the area.
