The park is south of the I-15 exit on the EAST side of the highway. The cache has been REPLACED AND MOVED TO NEW COORDINATES since the previous cache was stolen. The cache is not far from the trail beneath tamarisk bushes. Make sure no one on the hiking path sees you retrieving or replacing the cache. (We don't want the cache stolen again. This is the 2nd time it has been relocated.) Enjoy this small, quiet area to recharge before getting back on the road. Picnic tables & restrooms are available for use. There are plenty of large shade trees to escape from the heat. A walking trail will allow you to stretch your legs and take in some of the area (watch for joggers, bikes, etc). Dogs need to be on a leash. PLEASE trade evenly and fairly so those coming behind you can enjoy the cache too.
