Forest Park, SpringField (Fee For cars, Free For hikers)


Forest Park oFFers hiking/biking trails, roller blading, tennis, swimming, picnic areas, ball Fields, snack bar, rose gardens, Bright Nights, and a Zoo! So there's a lot of things to do beside Finding the cache.


It's best to start at the Duck Ponds. The hike in is easy Following the trail. The trees may make the signal hard to receive at times.

The cache is a File Folder box approximately 15"L x 10"W x 9"D with a clear top and black bottom (original container has since been changed over the years). The trail is used by many people, so look around beFore putting back. The cache contains: a Flip-over, Fridge Friends, Frog stickers, Flash light, smiley Face stickers, black & white 'F', Fog Free wipe, Fish hook, Fork, Frame, Fake blood, Frisbee, Fuses, and a NG Vol. 198 no. 4 October 2000. The letter F is the theme of this cache. Please use the camera, take your picture and record your Find in the logbook.
