There are different ways how to get to the cache place,
therefore terrain level can be different. You can get to the cache
by Daugava river or go through the forest. We recommend to leave
your car in the parking coordinates. In rainy weather it might be
problematic to get here with regular car, but it is not impossible
(as we did it).
Leave the car and go up to the river, you should find the trail
and follow it for approximately ~1.5km, stay as high as possible
from the river, as remember it is hill (in Latvia we call them
mountains).
The cache is small container with logbook, pencil and stuff. The
cache is hidden 3-4 meters from the trail, it is not located on the
ground level, not under the moss and not under tree roots. Please,
be very careful to the nature around. Put the cache back on the
same place and position, where you found it.
Do not forget to take all the garbage, if you have any with
you.

Slepnis atrodas Daugavpils rajona dabas parka „Daugavas loki“
teritorija vieta, kur gar Daugavas krastu stiepjas loti stavas
nogazes un paveras lielisks skats uz Daugavas ieleju. Vietu, kura
izvietots slepnis, tauta sauc par Pliko kalnu. Kalna augstakais
punkts atrodas ~150 m virs juras limena un vairak neka 50m virs
Daugavas limena.
Lai tiktu pie slepna, brauciet lidz noraditajai stavvietai -
šeit Jus atradisiet jauku "Latvijas mežu" labiekartotu atputas
vietu „Augšdaugava” Daugavas stavaja krasta ar superigu ainavu.
Bridinam, ka mitraja laika pieklušana lidz atputas vietai ar vieglo
transportu var but apgrutinata, bet nav neiespejama.
No atputas vietas lidz slepnim jaiet ~1.5 km pa šauru,
paugurainu un vietam aizaugušu meža taku, kas parsvara iet gar pašu
Daugavas krasta nogazi.
Slepnis ir pavisam neliels konteineris ar logbuku, zimuli un
dažadam sikajam mantinam, paslepts 3-4 metru attaluma no takas labi
paredzamaja vieta. Slepnis neatrodas zemes limeni zem saknem, sunam
vai bistamajas vietas krasta nogazes. Ludzu neaizmirsiet nomasket
slepni.
Atgadinam, ka atputas vieta un pa celam uz slepni nevajadzetu
atstat tukšas pudeles, iepakojumus un citus
atkritumus.
