Cache se nachází blízko studánky a nedaleko kaplicky sv.Trojice.

The cache is to be found near a spring and not far from the Holy Trinity Chapel.

The chapel originates in 1871. There is a legend passed on about this chapel:

In years 1850 – 1870, there was a forester in the Black Woods territory who was called Franz. One day he was shot by poachers, and he tried to heal himself with various medicaments – but nothing helped. There was, however, a well in the forest, and Franz tried to cool his feet in its water. He felt the healing power of the water and within a week, he got better. At that time, a future heir to the manor in Brtnice, Ferdinand of Colalts, fell very ill and no one was able to cure him. Duchess Elsa decided to ask the forester Franz for help. He took the young Duke to his lodge and he tried to heal him with the well water. Forest air and the water resulted in Duke‘s soon recovery. The Duchess was so grateful that she had a chapel built near the well, that would be consacreted to the Holy Trinity, as there were three spring. The springs were named Ferdinand’s Streams. From that time on, every year, the duke’s family, together with the servants, went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Trinity Chapel to pray there and to thank for the duke’s recovery. After some time common people joined the procession, and from this emerged an annual pilgrimage.

The pilgrimage to the Black Woods takes places annually on the Holy Trinity celebration, the 8th Sunday after Easter.

Cache is a one litre box.

There's a poor signal in the surroundings of the spring.

Motor vehicles are not allowed in the forest grounds.
The road between Brtnice and Nová Brtnice is closed, it is therefore a bit more difficult to get near the cache, it is however not impossible.
