What better way to celebrate the day before Valentine's Day by sharing our love of Geocaching with our community and coming together for a CITO! Please join us for yet another clean up project as we continue to strive to make this Rogue Valley cleaner and more beautiful than ever!
Hawthorn Park has had quite a face lift this last year and it looks amazing! However, the park has a bit of a shady past and some of that is still evident by the trash we see there.
Please join us on Saturday the 13th from 9-11 a.m. to clean this big beautiful park! We will be cleaning all areas of this park so we need many hands! (We all know that many hands make light work!) Come see the new additions to the park like the new playground as well as the natural playground, the basketball courts, the (2) dog walking areas, the new art installment and the courtyard! The rose garden is a beautiful gem in this park but is a little lackluster this time of the year.
We will be there rain or shine so bring your panchos and sense of adventure! We will provide gloves, trash bags and a few light refreshments. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
