The Cache is located in the South Hills in St. John's. There are many routes to get there, and all have different difficulties. We started next to the Irving Tanks.
The idea behind this Cache is that there is one Canadian book in the cache. If someone wants the book, they can go up to the cache and trade it for another.
The cache is a large White Canola/Margarine container from Price Club(In other Words, it's BIG!). The Cache has the capacity of any book except for some large coffee Table Books. It is located under a small group of trees and should be very easy to find.
In it there is:
- A log Book
- Disposable Camera
- 1st Book - Stories from the Vinyl Cafe
The Only Requirements are that:
A) The Book must be the size of or less than a coffee table book.
B) The Book must be Canadian of some kind(the author is Canadian, the theme is Canadian, the setting is canadian, The word Canada is Found somewhere in the Book etc...)
C) After your done, could you please log in your trip on this page, stating which book you left and a reason why this book is worthy of being Canadian. The reason is so that other fellow geocachers will know if they want it or not.
DON'T HAVE A CANADIAN BOOK, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT... JUST GO VISIT IT AND ENJOY THE VIEW
