This series, FWP or Famous Wisconsin People, will acknowledge the accomplishments of some well-known (and maybe not so well-known) individuals from our state.
Kathryn Casey is a true crime writer who was born in Wauwatosa and graduated from Wauwatosa West High School. She later settled in Houston where she graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Journalism. After graduation she worked for two local magazines for four years before spending eighteen years as a contributing editor at Ladies’ Home Journal. It was during these years that many of her articles examined sensational crimes.
Casey has written eight true crime books and three works of fiction. She has appeared on many TV shows/Networks including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Court TV, Biography, Nancy Grace, E! Network, Investigation Discovery and A&E. She is also a regular speaker and panelist at book festivals and events.
You are searching for an unknown shaped container placed in honor of Kathryn Casey’s accomplishments. Congratulations to Hugh Foundit on FTF.
