Geocache Description:

Elk Neck State Forest, just off a roadside parking spot.

Easy trail. Surprising little spot in the middle of otherwise dry forest area. It could truly be a creepy spot at night. If you're there around dusk the Whip-poor-wills are plentiful. One of three hidden same day. 9x9 tupperware. Watch out for Ichabod! Placed with permission of Maryland DNR. Hunting permitted in season.
