Boris and Natasha: The geocaching model has changed to one of numbers and competition versus outdoor discovery and fun. Too many people are "finding" caches and "discovering" trackables without visiting a cache. I no longer wish to contribute to a "sport" that people are now doing at home on their computers rather than out in nature. I will not give them one more opportunity to add a notch to their competitive belt.

Geocache Description:

This was the third of five caches we hid today. To get to this cache you will need to pull off I-15 at the truck parking area. It can be reached from either side of the highway by following the fontage road.

If you continue south on this dirt road for about 1/4th of a mile you will come upon a paved remnant of the old Los Angeles to Salt Lake two-lane highway.

While you're in the area, Take a Break and cross under the highway and visit our other cache.

The cache is a green ammo can and contains the usual stuff. The cache is near the Mormon Mesa VOR aircraft navigational beacon. Here is the information about the bowling pin:
