This cache was
placed as a part of the Great EastLink Geocache Project. The
Project involved 25 Geocaching Teams from the Eastern Suburbs of
Melbourne who combined their efforts in July 2008 to create the
largest cache series in Australia in which each cache in the series
is individually owned by one team.
You can get to Launch Pad either from the EastLink Trail (a
walk/ride of about 400 metres from the trail) or from the parking
spot on the east side of the freeway (about a 300 metre
walk).
There may be a few muggles walking or riding past, but you'll
get plenty of warning and it's easy to look interested in the view
from the cache.
