Geocache Description:

Tweetiepie is sat in a tree on his little treasure chest

These Caches exist, but the cache page may have been archived by Grounded Inc. For an explanation see Robin & June's Geocaching Page

The Tweetiepie cache is the first one that we would NOT describe as "easy" - deliberately. All our early caches were intended as an introduction to someone trying Geocaching for the first time. Now we can concentrate on making them just a little more "interesting" - although some may differ on this :-) Tweetiepie is bolted to the top of a little blue painted treasure chest. Make sure you bring something small to put in it. Sorry there was not room for a camera this time.

The main clues for this cache are in the pictures and the few words here. You will reach the area by taking signs for Bracknell from the M4 motorway, and then Binfield. The start location is "The Roebuck" Pub - I'm sure the landlord will not mind you using as your car park - if you at least buy a drink after your attempts to find Tweetiepie :-) The Roebuck is at N 51° 25.565 W 000° 47.233 although there is much closer parking at the place you see in the pictures. You will probably pass the entrance on your way to the pub. "Bishop's Field" - or something like that ;-)

I hope you have a GPS able to read out range from a lat/lon location - if not, you will need to dig out a calculator and a book on navigation to work out Tweetiepies lat/lon - 'cos I'm not giving it here :-) I expect the trees around him will not be kind to GPS signals - although he is visible from a few yards when approached from the right direction. Tweetiepie is exactly seven kilometres from the Waltham Walks cache, 10980 metres from the Fish and Coffee cache, and 6421 metres from Englemere Pond cache. What else can I tell you ? well - you can walk all round him, getting a good GPS signal, and still remain with 100 yards.

This is a nice little patch of grass and woodland, with a play area for kids, including swings and slides. As you will see from the pictures, there are a few picnic tables and woods to explore.
