What better way to greet the coming winter weather than by having a get-together with fellow cachers to discuss the finer points of winter caching. We hope that those of you who enjoy caching in the snow and cold (and those of you who don't!) will join us in the warmth of Coleman's Authentic Irish Pub at the corner of Tompkins Street and North Lowell on Tipperary Hill to exchange tales of caching in the snow.
We've set a time and date of 7PM on November 20th and Coleman's has kindly consented for us to use their upstairs banquet room for the event. Those new to caching, or interested in learning more about it, are welcome to attend. We'll provide a box where Travel Bugs can be dropped off and traded and will also have our GPSr on hand if any newbies would like a "guided tour" to one of the nearby caches just to see what it's all about. Come and share your tales of searching in the howling, bitter cold winter wind for that elusive cache that you just know for sure is buried under that 10-foot snowbank in the middle of nowhere.
