On the weekend of April 25 and 26, geocachers around the globe will gather together, pick up trash, remove invasive species, repair trails and more—plus earn a pretty sweet new souvenir!
The City of Lincoln City is very Open Space friendly and they are backing this CITO event. For the last few months, local volunteers have been investing a few hours on weekends in the newer Open Space areas and trails are shaping up nicely!
You can partner up with them, sponsered by the City, and help with some light cleanup and trail maintenance, enjoy camaraderie and perhaps meet and make new friends! PLUS you can be part of the Official 2015 CITO Worldwide Event!
This Local event is taking place Saturday, April 25 at 10 am at the City Community Center parking lot. Gloves, trash bags, warm beverages and light snacks will be provided. Event is rain or shine, come out and enjoy the trails and don't forget, you can earn a pretty sweet new souvenir!
