An interesting bridge in the geocache wasteland of Santa Paula. When I tried to set the cache on or near the bridge, the cache disappeared several times. So now I have set it away from the bridge. After finding the cache, so walk to the bridge.

This is in the Mupu area outside of Santa Paula on a bridge going over Santa Paula (not Moo Poo) Creek.

With two DNFs logged, I almost passed on this cache. It was one of the most clever hides of the day. Sometimes, with powerlines running all over the place, one tends to not trust the GPS. For this we used the buddy system. YouDon'tKnowJack stood in a clear area and I paced off the distance -- our prize was a smiley. Thanks for the cache.

Nothing resembling a bridge near the spot where the coords pointed us. There is a bridge nearby, but it was over 150ft from where the coords had us looking...

The coordinates were actually 150 ft away from the bridge itself and because of what folks said, it sounds like it should be ON the bridge somewhere... but way too many places to look for without proper coordinates... (all three of us had the same problem with all 3 gps's - all off 150-160 ft)

Wow, an old bridge we've never seen! We're into cool bridges like this one. This one is circa 1911. The water was flowing and all the vegetation looked green after the recent rains. Saw a benchmark too (it's not in the GC database). TFTC!

This was our first cache today. We had to explore the bridge for sure! TFTC!
