Geocache Description:

An event cache to meet, greet, eat, and do some local caches.

Your hosts: Hamgran & Knitter from Ingersoll and DNStephens from Woodstock.

We have reserved Cindy Lou's (aka Louie's) patio on Bell St for Saturday August 27, 2005 from 6:30 pm until whenever. We need to give the pub a head count so be sure to post a note telling us how many will be attending if you’re planning to come. Thanks.

This is Ingersoll’s Harvestfest weekend with lots of activities for the whole family, including Lawn and Garden Tractor races, which I understand are very interesting and exciting events to watch… a ‘must-see.’ Check it out out here: HarvestFest

The closest cache to this event is Tour of Ingersoll and from it, you can check all the other nearby caches. Enjoy!

Hamgran and Knitter will be creating a puzzle local area puzzle cache for anyone who wants to do it. A flashlight will be needed to do the puzzle cache, and the instructions will be handed out around 8:30. We've made buttons (pins) for the event, and we're going to put them in the cache (along with some official Ingersoll Harvestfest keychains) for cachers to take, when they find the cache. But you'll need your flashlights anyway to do the fabulous cache, Yggdrasil. Read encyclopedia about Yggdrasil

Since there are so many travel bugs coming to the event, we are thinking of playing a game with them - similar to games we've played at hockey tournaments and cookie exchanges... the TB's will be set up on a separate display table, numbers are picked from a hat, then #1 chooses which tb he/she'd like, then #2 can either pick another one or take #1's, and so on. This will create some good interaction between all you cachers.
Looking forward to meeting all the area cachers and any who’d like to jon us.
