This is a webcam cache located in Yamanashi-Pref (Fuji-Hakone-Izu
National Park) .
I got permission from the owner who has this Webcam. So I
decided to set this as a Webcam cache.
The easiest way to log this cache is with the help of a
partner.
You need to stand at the cache site and calling your friend at the
computer.
Meanwhile your partner saves your picture with your GPSr from this
website, which displays realtime:

(partner's computer needs to install plug-in software).
The webcam can move the direction(almost 60 degrees) after the
plug-in had loaded.
I recommend checking the website before you go to make sure it
is working.
When the camera is down, they post pictures from a previous day, so
check the date on the pics to make sure it is running live.
If it is NOT up and running, just wait for another time.
Post your picture when you log your visit on the cache web page if
you want credit for "finding" this cache.
The owner of this cam said to me that this cam will change to
360deg movable cam some day..
