I got this idea from County Highpointing. The object of that activity being to reach the highest point in a given county. Some highpointers have visited the highest point in all the counties of all 50 states. Others have done the Western US.
This is a somewhat more pedestrian version of county highpointing, depending how you choose to approach it. The rules are much simpler than many challenge caches which seem to have sprung up all over the place since this one was created: Visit a cache in each of Utah's 29 counties. Any cache, of any type and size is good, as long as it is physically located within the county boundaries. And yes, you can count caches you have already visited, even before this cache was published. (I am not interested in making anyone waste gas to revisit places they have already been.) You can log them either here or here if you are a UTAG member. You do not have to be a member to participate in and log this cache, however your maps are updated much more quickly through the UTAG site if you are. For UTAG members, just log in and check the boxes on each county you have found a cache in and it will automatically generate a map for you. If you are not a member and wish to participate, you can use the map posted here and edit it using MSPaint. E-mail that to me and I will post it to this page.
