Savannah's little known Echo Chamber
Located on Savannah's Historic River Street, Rousakis Plaza holds among it's more noted areas and pleasures, an echo chamber. One can only guess that the designers knew full well that the plaza held this secret. Why it remained so isn't so easy to figure out. Look for the circular form and in a classical pirate way, "X" marks the spot. Don't worry about your GPS circle of error, you'll be in it or see it nearby. Take friends and share the wonder.

Stand in the center of the X.

Say something.

Try a whisper.

Don't worry if people are sitting around it, you'll be the only one that hears,

Well whomever is on the X will anyway...

Opposite this virtual cache, River Street is lined with shops and resturants, to claim this find, email me the name of the business the cache could be said to be in front of. Please do not post your answer here, even if encrypted. Please also do not include pictures that show the cache or the answer to the claim question. I apologize to anyone offended for pictures deleted, please re-upload any relacements and re-log your visit if a picture deletion affected your stats or has caused a problem with your caching, but please do not include cache photos.

Thank-you for understanding.
.

Update March of 2009: The cache has been in place 5 years, still people want to post photos of themselves or someone else giving away the secret. Again a series of pics have been deleted. To everyone adding photos not actually at the cache, thank-you. You're doing the right thing and helping make the cache about using a GPS and some treasure hunting skills. To anyone upset about being deleted, I've asked here more than once that you not post spoilers. Why not respect this and save yourself having geosad feelings later when your spoiler goes missing?

Love this part of town. Enjoyed the Pride of Savanna sailboat tour, and beautiful store fronts that abound along the waterways.
