Geocache Description:

A family-friendly, easy-to-find Cache off a walking trail in the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Heritage Center in Johns Creek. The Cache is in a camouflaged Tupperware container that contains a log book and small items for trading.

The Den Nine-ster was created and hidden by the Cub Scouts of Den 9, which is part of Pack 1491 in Johns Creek (Alpharetta). This Cache is located in the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Heritage Center, which is a special place for those who enjoy the outdoors, a sense of adventure, and the history of our area.

The Preserve has a lot for visitors to explore: a small village of historic buildings and structures, a replica Native American dwelling, a Visitor Center that houses animals and reptiles, and two miles of scenic trails.

This is a relatively easy-to-find Cache -- great for a young person or someone new to Geocaching. The Cache is located off a trail that will take you past some very interesting sites.

The Cache is in a camouflaged, Tupperware container that contains a log book and prizes. Please trade an item if you take one. And please be sure to sign the log book and post an entry on this site -- the boys from Den 9 are excited to see what you have to say of their hidden treasure and this great location!
