The Stewart J. Cort was originally launched in 1970 as a part of the Bethlehem Steel fleet.
The boat is a self un-loader with a deck mounted unloading boom.
The Boat is 1,000 feet in length and has a maximum load capacity of 58,000 tons. It is powered by a 4 V20 cylinders, 3,600 horsepower diesel engine.
