A pretty ridiculously decorated ammo can just off the Turtle Creek Floodplain trail on Milwaukee Road. I probably should have SCALED this back a little, but what's the fun in that?
The cache is a few feet off of the Southern Loop trail, near the creek. Walk west from the parking area, past the info board, and then take the trail to the left after 175 feet or so. The trail to the south of the parking area (near the other cache here) is the same one, so if you're up for a little stroll, you may take that one, too.
This ammo can was decorated just about as much as possible :-). I'm not sure how long it'll hold up out there, so the sooner you find, the better it may be.
The kids (and adults) should get a good laugh at this one. I really hope you'll enjoy our work/fun.
