Accurate coordinates were hard to obtain anywhere at this location, so I'll leave a breadcrumb: The coordinates will bring you somewhat close to the top of some steps. The cache itself is within a 10 foot radius from the BOTTOM OF THE STEPS... be aware to not disturb private property or landscaping.
Although the most direct approach to the cache does involve stairs, there is wheelchair access as well. Due to the location, this hide is not recommended for kids or dogs.
