A Taste Of Watertown ~ Another Team Badger Event Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team Little Bug: Well the time has come to say good bye to this event. We so enjoyed everyones company and look forward to being with you all at many more events to come. We are planning our next event for the very near future. "Bugs in the Tent Camping Event". Look for it, we hope to see you all come out and have a great time.

P.S. For those of you that were wondering we found out the structure used for our "Duck In" temp. cache was once a pigeon coop used by smugglers way back in the day. The birds were kept in the coop to protect them and hide them in this once heavily wooded area. At least thats what Ive been told.

PEACE

Geocache Description:

UPDATE: We want to first thank everyone that helped us arrange this event. Especially CB&MB for going the extra mile(s) to make sure we had a good grasp on what to do. We had a great time meeting everyone that came out to visit. We saw lots of smiles and heard tons of laughter and that told us it was a success. We had a turn out of approx. 62 people (adults and jr. cachers). We also want to thank the caterer, Auggie, for the wonderful food and great service. Everyone that came out helped us to decide to do another event very soon. We are going to try to plan a camping event for this summer (ideas welcome) and maybe even a cook out event before that. Thank you again to everyone that came out to join us we loved meeting all of you and look forward to seeing you all again in the very near future. "Peace be yours" and happy caching. See you on the trails.
