Geocache Description:

The cache holds only a log so bring your own pencil. Please follow the special instructions on the logsheet. The coordinates should be very good. I averaged over 450 times down to 5 foot of accuracy. Trust your GPSr on this and give it a good look.

I don't think it is a "requirement" but special equipment will come in very handy when retreiving this container. I would appreciate input on this point. If the early finders feel that it truly requires special equipment, I will raise the rating. This cache is, however, wheelchair accessible.
