public boat ramp parking lot

This is a Public boat ramp with a large parking lot and a pedestrian trail going through it to the gulf on the other side of the street connecting the intercoastal waterway to the gulf. The cache is a plastic Maxwell house container wraped in duct tape filled with toys, small stuffed animals, stickers and buttons.
