The property is owned by the church where I work, so you have permission to park and cache here. Please do not cache Sunday AM or when the soccer team is practicing (the kids will see you and will muggle the cache...again. You CANNOT be discrete when the team is there). PLEASE KEEP CARS ON PAVED AREAS and please seal the log's Ziploc baggie and the container so the cache stays weather proof.
BINY In My Life – David Wilson is the second cache in the BINY In My Life series. BINY stands for Because I Need You, thus, the caches in this series are for people I need, and am thankful for in my life. Each cache will carry the name BINY (pronounced ben-ee) In My Life followed by the first and middle name of the person. David Wilson is my pastor's first and middle name, and this cache was placed in honor of his birthday. I won't say how old he is, but he was born on May 10, 1949. I met Pastor David in the Fall of 1991. I was just out of college, attending Bible school and looking for a place to serve as youth minister. He took me under his wing when I was as green as the clover in my back yard. Over the years, he has mentored me, encouraged me, let me sprout my wings, walked through the hard times with me and been an example for me. He'll never be a peer to me because of the respect I have for him, but he is certainly one of my dearest friends. I have to admit, I like him better on those occasions that I win our early-morning racquetball games, but he's a pretty good guy most all of the time. So this cache is dedicated to my mentor, friend and pastor on his birthday...because I need you in my life. ------------------- UPDATE: Grumpy neighbor. Please park at the GREEN church on east side of Kelly Elliott. That way you can walk directly to the cache without going near neighbor's property. Blue house is owned by church and, like the church, is cacher friendly!
