Geocache Description:

This is the 5th in this Adventure series. It is a night time mission and a mighty one at that. Do not attempt this mission without following the guidlines below. Certainly, do not even think of going in alone. As with all adventures, you need support and compagnionship. I will delete all (self missions) that do not follow the rules.

The coordinates will take you to the spot near Painsec Junction. Park. From here on, be as quiet as possible. You will know soon enough.

Here is the real story of my uncle Rosco. He was the type of man that could blend in anytime and anywhere. You could say he would vanish in plain view.

One day, Rosco vanished. With no news of him for a long time, we started to get worried. All he had with him 24 hours a day was his trusted old compass and a portable radio transmitter

Here is the first contact that I was able to decipher
255 degrees stump N...08.457 W...38.692 standing at root one eye guard...Whatever this means.... But it may hold a clue

Keeping close ear on my receiver, I got what resembles a message....Big tree facing pointed branch N...265 W...472 138 true north degrees 522 feet accross path ...come soon......lost dog... he sounded desperate..... what was happening to him no one knows...

I kept listening and waiting, wandering, helplessly trying to keep faith.....and then a few more blimps.... and skermishes......... Fork left, crossing Pain.. 110 degrees between big pack trees N.....624....|W....273 Left arm...Gysmo ? I could make out a last word....coffee...

A day went by without any sound, and then, a dot and and...
what sounded as some type of ....house... with stream...and a clearing....and a...N....617....W....049 70 degrees 200 feet.... Radio silence again for a minute or two.... then
log bridge..N......646 W...047 Come see Mommy....... He must have been sick.... or something.

Time was passing by and cold weather set in. Leaves were falling. It was autumn. Some of my friends were preparing their hunting gear. All I could think of was the very last blimps on the transmitter which sounded a bit like this.

...sitting...high seat. 50 feet 70 degrees Come now get me. Bring long arm..... come quick.. daylight soon... rescue SOS ...

Well, this is the last I heard of Uncle Rosco. I know you can help find dear old Uncle. Do not go alone. bring clothing and lighting equipment. Take along food and water. And keep me in touch with a message or two.

I'll be waiting for the good news. May you all make it back safely.
