The cache is not located at the coordinates shown. It is a puzzle cache.
To find this cache you must first find the six nano caches hidden nearby. They are all different colors. Each nano has a unique number in it. Put all the numbers together and you have the coordinates for the final.
The names of the nano caches are:
RED
YELLOW
BLUE
GREEN
PURPLE
BROWN
Of course the trick will be figuring out what the order of the numbers should be.
