Wooden church in Apahida Traditional Geocache

On our way from Cluj/Kolozsvár/Klausenburg to Sic/Szék by bike (42 km) we wanted to avoid the dangerous and crowded main road, so we chose another path and came across this marvel.

Unfortunately I could only find a Romanian description.

Biserica de lemn din Apahida, comuna Apahida, județul Cluj, datează din anul 1806.

Biserica are hramul „Sfinții Arhangheli Mihail și Gavriil”, și se află pe noua listă a monumentelor istorice.
