Greetings,

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses about maintaining this cache so for the time being it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings. We are no longer leaving caches stay disabled for extended periods of time.

Groundspeak and the geocaching community appreciate your contributions to geocaching and I hope to see this cache back in operation soon.

If you can get it back up and running in the next week or so contact me to get it re-listed. Otherwise plan to move it slightly and set up a new cache page.

[green]Most problems can be solved with good communication so reply back to the reviewer and we will do everything possible within the guidelines to get your cache published. It is best to give me as much information as possible instead of saying nothing at all. This will speed up the process and we can get your cache published. [/green]

Geocache Description:

TGPTBM - Tourist Spot - Springfield, Missouri

TGPTBM is a special contest hosted by Sonny, Sandy and Sean
(GC name: Team PodCacher) from San Diego, California.
This cache is a "pit-stop" in the contest where travel bugs gain points.
Contest starts 1st March 2009
Rules for this contest can be found here
To find out more, ask the hider of this cache!

Springfield is the 3rd largest city in Missouri and is a great destination for tourist... and travel bugs! Springfield is home to Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Fantastic Caverns, Fellows Lake, and several great parks, greenway trails, and conservation areas.
Springfiled is also the birthplace of Historic Route 66!

This cache is located just off the walking trail. Just go to the parking coordinates and then it is a 2 minute walk. The cache is a regular sized ammo can. It should be reasonably Muggle free. Don't hesitate to take a travel bug and move it along... even if you don't have one to trade. The bugs want to move!
