This is a themed cache to trade items relating to Capitol
Cities.
I had the IDEA for this one a long time ago. It took a while to
finally act upon the idea, and another delay in getting the
permission to place it. The main purpose for this cache was to
serve as a launching point for the travel bug “Capitol Cruiser” the
goal of which is to visit capitol cities. It started out as a bit
of a fun geography project. The intent was to help my kids by
watching the travel bug as it traveled and went to capitol cities.
Those who might be interested in joining the capitol tour, the
reference number for the bug is TBHF4E. There could be a lot of

Found this one while on vacation. Looked for a couple in reno earlier that day, but the two caches i found were too crowded to retrieve without arising suspicion. Went back home to my friends house after hitting the casinos and took a walk before dinner. Saw that this cache was close by and had room for "Jolly" the Travel Bug so i stopped at this around dusk. I did pick up "Sports" TB from the cache. TFTC
