Tubey or Not Tubey, That is the Question. Animated GIF

Well then what is the answer. The Answer is a cache container on a pole. You can park right next to it so I guess it a park n grab. Please make sure all the parts are back after you sign the log. There is only 1 way to get the container out and only 1 way to put it back and they are not the same way.. It is a little puzzle so i hope you get it. Enjoy!!!
