This maybe the shortest geocaching event ever. It's scheduled to last for only that second when the stars align, or at least the clock and calendar align to form a truly unique time and date.
This unique date will not occur again for another 89 years (88 years - 20 days) on January 2, 2103 (01/02/03). And even then the unique time could not be added before. I can almost guarantee that very few of us will still be around when it happens again.
Some may say that there is a date when this unique pattern will occur that is sooner on January 2, 2034 (1/2/34) almost 20 years (19 years - 20 days) from this event. But realist prefer the two digit month and day. Some of us may still be around on that special date. And if we are, I am sure there will be a geocaching event to celebrate it. But at what time?
It might be a little cold at 09:10:11 A.M. on 12/13/14, so bring your favorite hot beverage and let's celebrate with all the local cachers this unique time and date. But only for an instant.
