Start from the Car Park at N 56 03.497, W 002 41.658 where there is a view point and an an indicator board which identifies the nearby islands in the Firth of Forth. The walk is well worthwhile (even without a cache at the end of it) and gives some lovely coastal scenery with a stunning view of the Bass Rock from near the cache. There are sandy beaches and rock pools along the shore so take your time and enjoy this lovely area.
