This memorial arch gets around.
It was first dedicated in 1919 to local soldiers who gave their lives during WWI. In the 1960's it was threatened with destruction due to a highway widening project, and was moved across the street. In 2003, the design of the new fire station required another move, and it was placed in this park... close to its original location.
