Geocache Description:

Do not go to the listed coordinates. It is very wet there, and there is no cache there. You must solve the puzzle to obtain the coordinates for the actual coordinates.

After solving several puzzles in the area, we decided it was time to create a puzzle of our own to get back at, ahem, I mean give back to those who create those puzzles that just make us want to pull our hair out.

Recently, I have gotten into puzzles. Since I was so bad when I started solving puzzles, LOL, I emailed the cache owners many times. I also learned many techniques that a puzzle maker can use when putting together a puzzle. These techniques can be very simple, or very difficult.

One thing I have noticed is how a lot of the local puzzle makers really like red herrings.  Sometimes, I think I am on the right track, then I get to the step where I think I am about to solve the puzzle, and its just a red herring. Sometimes these can get frustration, but sometimes, the CO puts smart alec remarks that can be quite amusing.

Alright now, enough of just talking about puzzles, now onto the puzzle itself!

The Puzzle

There are many different encryption methods out there. Some very simple that you can use an online tool with, and some very complex that take hours of computing to solve. I hope you like the encryption method I used in this puzzle!
