Geocache Description:

What:  Paddle & Hike CITO And Hotdog Chow Down

When:  Black Friday, 11-27-15, from 9:00am to 9:00pm(ish)

Where:  Little Big Econ State Forest, Snow Hill Rd Pavilion

Friends, every year I host some sort of Black Friday event to offer my thanks to the geocaching community for hiding all the awesome caches I love to find.  This year is no exception.  However, I am throwing you a curve ball.  In order to claim your hotdog, you'll need to work for it!

Don't sweat the long hours.  You are not expected to stay for the entire duration.  I will be bringing my kayak and focusing my cleanup efforts on the Econlockhatchee River, from County Rd 419 to Snow Hill Rd.  Due to the many rednecks who like to party along this river, it is always in need of some TLC.  I hope to meet around 9:00am, at the Launch Site waypoint, (County Rd 419 at Willingham Rd, Oviedo), shuttle whatever vehicles we can shuttle over to the Landing waypoint, (Snow Hill Rd bridge), then come back and splash our boats.  We will probably be done by 3:00pm.  I will then drop off my trash at the posted coordinates, go home, change, and return with my grill and my grub by 6:00pm.  (I hope)  I will fire up the grill and commence cooking as soon as I can.  I will supply the hotdogs, buns & condiments.  Feel free to bring anything which might compliment badly burnt hotdogs.  Chips?  Dip?  Soda?  Tea?  Dessert?

For you hikers, feel free to start any time.  Plan your start time so you can meet me at the pavilion by 6:00pm.  We'll schmooze, stargaze, eat burnt offerings and tell lies till around 9:00pm, or until the last person heads home.  If you cannot stay that late, just drop your trash at the pavilion when you can.  We'll take care of it.  You non-hikers can pretty much follow the above advice.  Find some trash, clean it up, leave it at the pavilion, eat grub.  Simple!

I have a camping permit for the 3 day weekend, for anyone who wants to pitch a tent.

See y'all there!

-Sean
