Located near Rock Pile Mountain. Elev.859ft. Most of the trail is very rocky.
Go prepared for this hike.
This hike winds up and down the hill sides and are very slippery in some parts. The hike will take about 4-5hrs to complete if you go by trail.
Make sure to take: bug spray, first aid kit, LOTS of water, some snacks for energy (you will need it for the way back), maybe some water shoes, towels to soak up the sweat and maybe a tent to camp out along the trail so you can rest up for the hike back.

The parking coordinates are: 37 27.796N 90 24.292W, Elev. 1314ft. From there if you look at the sign in the parking area, you will want to take the trail that leads off to the left. You will eventually come across a pond in the middle of the woods. Coordinates are: 37 26.420N 90 24.685W.
Once you reach the pond you are almost half way there.
Keep following the trail to coordinates: 37 26.113N 90 24.774W. Once you reach this point it should be easy to get to the cache.
There are lots of goodies in the cache. Please sign the log book and take your picture with camera provided.. Good luck.
** Please stay on the trail as much as possible. You will be able to get to the cache by walking on the trail until the last 50ft or so.
The area is accessible from Fredricktown via Highway 67 south to County road C, then about 10 miles on C to County road 406. Follow 406 to Forest road 2124.
