Rhode Island may be a small state, but they certainly deserve a WebCam cache. As with my MA WebCam cache, I am providing neither exact coordinates, nor the URL of the WebCam page.
The listed coordinates will take you to an intersection. Please park safely, and then seek out the nearby location visible in the WebCam snapshot displayed above. The picture itself is quite a hint. Your other hint is that this cache is available only from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and not at all on Wednesdays.
To earn credit for the find, attach to your log a WebCam capture of yourself giving the same hand signal that Jeremy is making above. Please edit out the spoiler info at the top of your image, as I did above. You can email me if you need help doing that before posting your picture.
There is no need to feel self-conscious while having your image captured. This use of the WebCam has been approved by Ron, the shop owner.
